UltraSYBR Mixture

The UltraSYBR Mixture is a premixed system for real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR (SYBR Green I), and the concentration is 2×. It contains GoldStar Taq DNA Polymerase, PCR Buffer, dNTPs, SYBR Green I Fluorescent Dye, and Mg2+. The operation is simple and convenient. This product is mainly used for the detection of genomic DNA target sequences and cDNA target sequences after RNA reverse transcription.This product contains the fluorescent dye SYBR Green I which can bind with all double-strand DNA, so that the product can be used for the detection of different target sequences without the need for the synthesis of specific labeled probes.

Omni-Sample Direct PCR Kit

This product is a master mix composed of a novel DNA Polymerase of high amplification efficiency, Mg2+, dNTPs, PCR stabilizers, and PCR enhancers at a concentration of 2×. The DNA polymerase is capable of the direct amplification of DNA from the lysate without the need of DNA extraction.

FastSYBR Mixture

This product uses a new high-performance hot start enzyme (GoldStar Taq DNA Polymerase, a chemically-modified, new efficient enzyme which reduce non-specific amplification efficiently, and it is activated by incubation at 95°C for 20 seconds, which will efficiently reduce the total reaction time). This product significantly improves the PCR amplification efficiency and has high sensitivity and specificity.

GoldStar Probe mixture

The GoldStar Probe Mixture is a premixed system for qPCR based on probes (TaqMan, Molecular Beacon etc.), and the concentration is 2×. It contains GoldStar Taq DNA Polymerase, PCR Buffer, dNTPs, and Mg2+. The operation is simple and convenient.

MagicSYBR Mixture

MagicSYBR Mixture is a premixed system for real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR (SYBR Green I), and the concentration is 2×. It contains Fast Taq DNA Polymerase, PCR Buffer, dNTPs, SYBR Green I Fluorescent Dye, and Mg2+. The operation is simple and convenient.

UltraSYBR One Step RT-qPCR Kit

It is designed for Real-Time qPCR. The SYBR GreenⅠdye can bind to any dsDNA without using sequence-specific probes during the dectection of target sequences. Reverse transcription and PCR amplification can be performed in a single tube subsequently without opening between procedures. Therefore, the system is simple, and can minimize the risk of contamination. The lack of RNase H activity reduces the RNA degradation in the reverse transcription and makes it much easier to obtain full-length cDNA.

GoldStar Probe One Step RT-qPCR Kit

his product is a one-step Real-Time RT-qPCR kit based on probes. Using this product for RT-qPCR reactions, reverse transcription and quantitative PCR are carried out in the same reaction system. No reagents are added during the reaction, and the tube cover will not be opened, thus avoiding the contamination and improving the experiment efficiency. The sensitivity of this product is high, the fluorescence signal is strong, and the signal-to-noise ratio is high. It is very suitable for the detection of trace RNA such as virus RNA.
