Super Pfx DNA Polymerase
Super Pfx DNA Polymerase is a fast, high-efficiency, high-fidelity DNA polymerase with 5′-3′ DNA polymerase activity and 3′-5′ exonuclease activity. This polymerase is modified from other high-fidelity enzymes, has strong amplification ability, rapid amplification speed (4-6 kb/min), and high fidelity. This polymerase overcomes some defects of Pfu polymerase such as the poor amplification ability, low yield and amplification rate, which greatly shortens the reaction time.
This product can be used for the amplification of long fragments and other various complex templates. The PCR product does not have an “A” base at the 3′ end and can be directly used for blunt-end cloning. For T/A cloning, it is necessary to add “A” to the end of the PCR product.
This product has the characteristics of rapid extension, high amplification efficiency and high fidelity. It is suitable for experiments such as gene cloning, site-directed mutagenesis, and SNP amplification.
2×Es Taq MasterMix(Dye)
his product is a premixed system composed of Es Taq DNA Polymerase, Mg2+, dNTPs, and PCR stabilizers and enhancers at a concentration of 2x. Es Taq DNA Polymerase has high amplification efficiency and low mismatch rate. The original MasterMix formula makes the whole reaction system very stable. More than 98% of PCR amplifications can be successful at one time. At the same time, complicated templates can be effectively amplified, and human error and contamination can be minimized.This product has been added with dye (blue), and electrophoresis gel detection can be performed directly after the reaction. Most of the amplified PCR products have an “A” base attached to the 3′ end, and therefore can be directly used for T/A cloning. It is mainly suitable conventional PCR reactions and experiments such as gene cloning that require high fidelity.
Drop PCR Mix(Dye)
The Drop PCR Mix (Dye) includes all the elements required for PCR reaction, PCR stabilizers and enhancers. It has a high degree of tolerance for the concentration of each component in the PCR reaction. Without pipettes, the product can be added dropwise directly to the PCR tube with template and primers already added, to complete the reaction preparation.
2×Flash Hot Start MasterMix (Dye)
This product is a premixed system composed of Flash HotStart DNA Polymerase,Mg2+, dNTPs, PCR stabilizers and enhancers at a concentration of 2×. The Flash HotStart DNA Polymerase is featured with fast extension rate (5-15 sec/kb) and fast HotStart, which significantly shorten the duration of PCR. Meanwhile, it efficiently removes the non-specification amplification and enables high yield of PCR with high fidelity. This product has been added with dye (blue), and electrophoresis gel detection can be performed directly after the PCR. Most of the amplified PCR products have an “A” base attached to the 3′ ends, and therefore can be directly used for T/A cloning. It provides a broad application for all conventional PCR reactions, such as gene cloning and genotyping.

HiFi PCR Mix for NGS
This product is a premixed system consisting of hot-start enzyme, PCR Buffer, dNTPs, Mg2+, and PCR stabilizers and enhancers. It has high fidelity, high extensibility, and low preference. For complex DNA templates (such as high GC content template), it has a balanced amplification efficiency. This product is particularly suitable for the amplification of multiplex PCR during the construction of NGS library. The highly efficient hot-start enzyme contained in this product does not have polymerase activity at room temperature, thus effectively avoiding non-specific amplification. The combination of a unique buffer system and a hot-start enzyme significantly improves the efficiency of the PCR, resulting in a wider range of amplification. This product effectively increases the amplification efficiency of high GC or high AT regions in the genome, reduces the amplification preference and increases the coverage area of sequencing.
Bst DNA Polymerase, Large Fragment
This product is a recombinant enzyme purified by E. coli expression. The gene is derived from Bacillus stearothermophilus and partially mutated from the original sequence. This protein has 5’→3′ DNA polymerase activity, but no 5’→3’ and 3’→5’ DNA exonuclease activities. This protein also has strong chain displacement activity. This product can be widely used in experiments such as DNA isothermal amplification (LAMP), multiple displacement amplification (MDA), whole genome amplification (WGA) and NGS library preparation.
Cobuddy DNA Polymerase
Cobuddy DNA Polymerase is a fast, highly efficient, high-fidelity DNA polymerase with 5′-3′ DNA polymerase activity and 3′-5′ exonuclease activity. The engineered Cobuddy Super Fidelity DNA Polymerase has a polymer-enhanced domain fused with its active region, and the unique structure greatly enhances the fidelity and elongation rate. The fidelity of Cobuddy Super Fidelity DNA Polymerase is 50 times of that of Taq DNA Polymerase and 6 times of that of Pfu Polymerase. Its elongation rate is 2-4 kb/min, which successfully overcomes the defects of low efficiency and slow rate of Pfu polymerase, and greatly shortens the reaction time
