● Specimen Collection: Human stool samples should be collected in clean containers.
● Specimen Storage: If the test is not tested immediately, the samples can be stored in the 2-8°C for 7 days prior to test. For longer
storage, the specimen must be kept frozen below -15°C up to 6 months.
● Specimen Preparation: The frozen samples should be totally equilibrated to room temperature prior to test. Mix samples well prior
to test.
● The sensitivity and detection rate: the kit were high, and the false positive rate was small, no instrument, fast detection, normal
temperature transportation.

The Fecal Occult Blood Rapid Test is a rapid, visual immunochromatographic test for
qualitative detection of human haemoglobin (hHb) in faecal samples. The test uses
double antibody sandwich assay to selectively detect as low as 100ng/mL of
hemoglobin.
The test is for in vitro diagnostic and professional use only.
